Our Hiring Process The Human Resources Department (HR) generally uses the following procedure for filling all open positions: Completed employment applications are reviewed by HR, and qualified applications are forwarded to the appropriate hiring supervisor. The supervisor reviews these applications and selects applicants to interview. Once the supervisor has completed interviewing, reference checks are conducted on applicants he/she is interested in pursuing. Given reference check information is favorable, an employment offer may be made. All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Some positions may require a driving record review and additional background checks. Background checks and drug screenings may be conducted on every new hire. Background checks and drug screenings may also be conducted on every re-hired employee.
Intern Guidelines - Applicants may be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. - Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions may be converted to internships. - All RA interns must be at least 16 years old.
